1) Those who are seeking Forgiveness
2) Those who are seeking to Frustrate
II. Jesus Authorizes us to celebrate when the lost are found
1) Rescue requires Thoroughness
2) Rescue requires Tenderness
III. God's Motive in forgiving you
1) The celebration cannot be contained to an individual Person
2) The celebration cannot be contained to an individual Planet
